Longer and more intense workouts to push your fitness to the next level. After the Habit Builder, you’re ready to handle the higher demand
Four days of strength and cardio is a great routine with room for other types of exercise if you’re looking for more — hiking, swimming, cardio machines, yoga, dancing (Bonus: changing it up is great for your body!)
You’ll switch to this phase when you’re ready, but typically clients who sign up for this program want to have been exercising 3-5 days a week at a moderate intensity for 6+ months.
