Fitness appointments are available only to established bodywork clients

 

Take Home Circuit $20

Add this onto your bodywork session to take home a personal 15 minute circuit that targets your pain points. We practice everything together so you leave confident in your form with the right level of intensity for you to grow from.

Over time you can gather many circuits to combine and form longer workouts, change up your routines, or we can increase the challenge and check form for your existing routines. These sessions are built to grow with you.

Full Workouts $35 | $50 | $65

Schedule before or after a massage appointment or on it’s own — this is a 30, 45, or 60 minute workout created just for you that meets you where you’re at and grows with you.

Train to live your day-to-day life. Relieve pain, increase mobility and strength. We will increase and modify based on your level of fitness.


At Home Programs

$50 individually | $80 bundle

  • Track workouts in real-time to see your progress

  • Each exercise has a video linked to show proper form — videos include a description, breathing instructions, and ways to modify or make it harder

  • The four-week progressive cycles challenge you week-to-week, changing workouts every cycle — say goodbye to plateau

If you’re new to exercise or you have found it difficult to maintain a fitness habit, you’ll want to start with The Habit Builder:

  • Build a long-term fitness routine by making incremental, bite-size changes

  • Increase the chances of sticking to your program with realistic momentum, weekly encouragement and communication, and built-in accountability

  • Boost your confidence and fitness knowledge while gaining muscle and endurance at a healthy rate

  • Grow at a sustainable pace — six progressive 4-week cycles increasing your workout time from 10-15 minutes to 30-40 minutes

Maintenance Crew is all about your long-term fitness lifestyle:

  • Longer and more intense workouts to push your fitness to the next level. After the Habit Builder, you’re ready to handle the higher demand

  • Four days of strength and cardio is a great routine with room for other types of exercise if you’re looking for more — hiking, swimming, cardio machines, yoga, dancing (Bonus: changing it up is great for your body!)

You’ll switch to this phase when you’re ready, but typically clients who sign up for this program want to have been exercising 3-5 days a week at a moderate intensity for 6+ months.
